It likely is possible, like coping without the crlf, but I don't know of a simple way of doing that. The whole issue is that Flex&Yacc are used which generate a lot of the actual code and the reading process is part of that standard code which I can't change. I do not have enough knowledge to fix this without risk and honestly this is too trivial to have any risk. You know pretty quickly when it it telling you the wrong line/file to be able to fix this.
