$sDay In the following format:
    0 or "Monday"
    1 or "Tuesday"
    2 or "Wednesday"

    4 or "Friday"
    5 or "Saturday"
    6 or "Sunday"

Return Value

Success: the previous first day of the week.
Failure: -1.
