_SQLite_SaveMode() --> _SQLite_SafeMode()

SafeMode is correct and has very different meaning :-)

I think this beta stage (3.3.1) where many script breaking changes was introduced is ideal for correcting also this badly named function.

Note: There are also some variables named as SaveMode (but not all of them).
