Helpfile - TCPSend - non working Example

Description

As TCPNameToIP states, "TCPStartup is needed before this call.", but in the Example of TCPSend it is called after TCPNameToIP. Thats why the Example throws an Error "TCPConnect failed with WSA error: 10061".
