Description
In the recent versions of AutoIt, when you open the help file with the AutoIt3Help.exe program it opens the help file to the Introduction page in the Index tab instead of opening it to the Introduction Treeview item on the Contents page or opening to the Index tab, but the search box being empty. This means that you have to delete the text "Introduction" just to search for an item in the index. This didn't happen in older versions.

It is due to the merge in one file of the .chm.
I am wondering when do you use such .exe without any param.

I used to have a shortcut to it, so I could open the help file without navigating to the folder. I used the exe because it was easiest to create a shortcut without too much effort on my part. It worked so I didn't bother with the AutoIt.chm file, which was the single help file that opened the other two.
It's not a major issue, just thought I'd bring it up.

So you can change the shortcut to point to .chm that will do the same ...

The point wasn't that the shortcut could be changed, it's that the AutoIt3Help.exe has been changed and that it was causing the issue. I was only suggesting to correct the issue and return it back to the way it was previously.

we can go back as the pb come from the .chm fusion in one file

I can see the "issue" but can't really see why that would be.
