GUISetCursor not working correctly

Description
It seems that the cursor set by GUISetCursor is not permanent and is reset almost instantly unless the script is frozen, e.g. pressing a mouse button to resize a GUI.

Testing shows the bug was introduced in Beta .9.20, 9.19 works as expected.
