in remarks:
iconID can reference the icon group number. Use a resource hacker to know the value.
what is "iconID"
In this description to this function, this word is used only once in the Remarks
So this note there is no reference to the parameters or anything else.
This is a little confusing.
Please consider the improvement of this part of the documentation.
