UDPBind Socket aArray is needed by UDPRecv (not UDPSend)

Description

In the ReturnTable of the UDPBind function is following sentence:
We need this information in subsequent calls to UDPSend(), where we pass this socket structure/array.

Instead of UDPSend() there will be UDPRecv() be subsequent called, after a UDBBind command.
