Description
Perhaps add a description of what $iTime is: The number of milliseconds that have elapsed since the system was started. This is the value returned by _Date_Time_GetTickCount().
From MSDN, it appears that $msg is always WM_TIMER (0x0113). If so, it shouldn't be a parameter, but it's too late to remove it (without breaking scripts). So I suggest that $msg is always WM_TIMER (0x0113) be added.
