add latest SciTE info to http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/files/beta/update.dat

Hello Developers Team.

What do you think about adding a section covering the latest Autoit customized SciTE version as well to this file?

I've written an autoit + beta + SciTE + some hotkeys (startmenu's .LNK properties) + SciTE customization's setup. Now I was wondering to first check (prior setup) if there are newer versions on the web. If, get them first.

Autoit and Autoit Beta are fine, but I fail with SciTE...

The AutoIt3 installer and SciTE4AutoIt3 installer are maintained separately and the SciTE4Autoit3 has its own version file already available: ​http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/scite/download/scite4autoit3version.ini

I have build a check in SciTEConfig that downloads this file to verify whether an update is available.

Is the download URL for the SciTE Editor [1] static? I honestly don't know.

If not, what do you think about adding the download URL to that
​http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/scite/download/scite4autoit3version.ini ?

[1] currently the download URL is pointing to "​http://www.autoitscript.com/cgi-bin/getfile.pl?../autoit3/scite/download/SciTE4AutoIt3.exe"
