Is there anyone software or script out there that will hide a portion of a window? Maybe wrap an executable and hide whatever portion you would not want a person to access? I want to hide all the features of a window except for one section at the bottom. I have attached 2 pictures. 2.jpg would be one scenario I would like where it would black out a portion of the application. 3.jpg would also work if you could just "wrap" a portion of the application window and make it visible to the user.
