Permanent block for spamming. Normally we don't post here for spammers... but this one was special. Rather than the usual procedure of a user posting spam, the post being reported and me blocking them, this user decided to cut out a couple steps. The user misused the report feature in an attempt to spam. That calls for a double Picard facepalm:
