Help.. folder open function? (my first post)

I'm sure there is a simple answer to this question, I have searched the forums but cant find the answer. Im just a begginer, so I dont have the skills to fudge it yet.

All I want is the exe file to open a specific preselected folder on the local drive (eg C:\new folder). But I cant work out how to do this without having to go through the GUI and manually select it.

Summary: I want a exe file that will open a preselected folder when I plug in my USB. My autorun.inf runs the exe file (which also does other stuff).

FileSelectFolder

FileOpen

FileOpenDialog

dont seem to be able to help me, maybe Im using them wrong?
