Any 'anti-keylogger' type software is going to interfere. Virus protection, Hp Security software. AutoIt recorder needs to set a system wide "hook". If it can't... it doesn't work.

AutoIt also gets around Windows enforcement of a process not "stealing" focus from the foreground window in it's "WinActivate" functionality. That nuance is an example of other things that AutoIt does that are not just straight ports of Windows API.

If one shows up first, then WinWait() returns a "handle"... use that handle for that window.... The next window that shows up will have a different "handle". Now you have enough to differentiate the windows.... just apply logic.

I think what you will find is that it updates according to its configurations. That configuration is in the registry... you could try to "RegWrite" the values that configure it to do the updates you want , then do the "ShellExecute"
I use a simple algorithm, usually based on the week day, so that even if someone oversees a pin entered, it is never quite the same.
