Retrieves the background color

_GUIToolTip_GetTipBkColor ( $hWnd )

Parameters

$hWnd Handle to the ToolTip control (returned by _GUIToolTip_Create.)

Return Value

Returns the COLORREF (BGR) value of the background color of the ToolTip control.
