Fixed transparency for the taskbar and the desktop (the taskbar dosen't work at all... and the desktop acts wierd)

Added the Exe version too

Just click on the titlebar of a window.. (actually it's the top 20 pixels of a window.. ) and move the slider to change the window's transparency

You can configure the script to start when you log in(only in exe form...) and you can change the background of the slider very easy

Hope you like it and/or find it usefull i use it alot.

P.S.: don't try to do this to games because it will flicker alot and the game won't work anymore

Hahaha. On Google Chrome, the tabs are on the top, so when I click on them, boom it shows up!
