Hello again, I am still uncertain about why this problem is happening or what caused it to stop working in the first place. However, I have found that creating new shortcuts and unchecking the "Perform Device Switch Hidden" option results in my shortcuts working again (just has the sound window pop up and close which should be okay). Thanks again for this program!

hello i have used your program for many years and I thank you for making it, it is very nice. Today I am getting this error. Only change is installed 3 new hard drives to computer for extra storage, did not make changes to OS. Redownloaded your software fresh, created new shortcuts, rebooted computer. No fix.
