  1. Hi, I'm a newbie here (48 hours) but what I like so far with AutoIt is: Many features, freeware, possibility to compile to .exe. Scripts seem to be shorter then with competitive products. Before I used Macro Scheduler (30 days trial). Advantage is as well compiling feature, hotkey-schedule-functionality and easy programming (help brings me from Editor directly to related topic), disadvantage is price. For many years I used Macro Express. Nice and easy to use tool and price moderate, but was more difficult to make the macros stable, never saw any compiling function what convinced me to look for other tools. By the way I saw another freeware product: AutoHotkey, which seems to be produced out of AutoIt. Does it offer more features than AutoIt? So if anybody knows AutoIt and the other mentioned tools, can you tell me what I can await from AutoIt what the other products cannot provide? Thanks.
  2. Anybody else working with hotkeys able to give me a hint? Thanks in advance. Marco
  3. Thanks for the Code! Question: Is this the code for a separate script managing the hotkeys (one function per script, to be placed in autostart) or do I have to put this in every script I write? Marco
  4. Sorry, mistyping. Mean an .au3 file. Marco
  5. IS there a way to run the .aur files in one of the following ways? 1) With hotkey (or do I have to programm these hotkeys on my own and put a Macro in the Autostart)? 2) Scheduled e.g. always after starting OS or every day at 7pm .... ? Thanks for a hint or link .. . Marco
  6. Want to monitor pixel color in an IE window but don't know how to get the mouse coordinates from the place I want to observe. Any nice tool available? Thanks! Marco
