You are right but the problem is now going into 64bit, unfortunately, not many tools support 64bit autoit files, I mean the freeware tools.

souldjer777, theres actually more method/software than you think, theres also obsidium protector, artan protector, private exe protector/etc...and theres also crypter tools too. How good they are at protecting your program/source code I'm not sure. You'll have to ask(email) them one by one. BTW, I dont know what you mean by decamo? You could always combine more than one protection but the main problem is false alarm. If thats not a problem for you, then just mix and match and test out. PS: I can't seem to remove the bold text in the first sentence, sorry.

The reason I suggested an older version because of a perculiar problem recently, and v3.3.8.1 solve it. My problem is due to the compiled exe(where they store the data part). v3.3.8.1 and newer autoit version compiled exe are abit different. The new version crash when I combine with another program, but the old version dont crash when I combine it. I won't go into details cause its personal.

Well, I was looking for a similar solution to that and I found KaFu post in this thread(first example code).

Just wanted to say the first code rocks. But the second one do nothing on my computer though. Anyway first code will suffice for shutdown and reboot. Thanks alot KaFu.

What this? Did I miss anything good during my absent. The camo name remind me of another project of yours,Mobius. Does it perform the same protection on autoit too? Sorry, to drop in like this, but I thought the regulations regarding... amending the autoit files...etc. Or did the rules change, and Mobius back in business, doing the protection stuff.
