I figured that out when i tried it again after registering. It was written nowhere(or i haven't seen it yet) that you have to be registered first. The bad thing is that now i have another problem. When the Lesson "Ready - Let's Design a GUI" appears and i click on the image, the script appears and the boxes to create the gui too. But the Box is just filled with "dummy-Fields" just saying "foo" . When i stop(by clicking the x) the gui creator i get the following error: _____________________________________________ Line 391 (File "C:\Autoit_123\Lessons\Lesson-4.au3"): Case $cursorInfo[4] = $grippy[1] Case $cursorInfo^ERROR Error: Subscript used with non-Array variable. _____________________________________________ Whenever i start the AutoIt Builder in Scite it works OK with all the controls and everything..... Also the Notepad-Lesson later doesen't work correctly ......Notepad opens but the Text is not written to it.... Any help on this? Regards Streaw

It looks very helpfull, though i got the problem that i can not get past the first exam..... all questions answered correctly (yes i AM sure ;-)) but the button "Next" is not getting "clickable" .... Any suggestions what i can try to continue ? Regards Streaw
