Hi, I´m trying to use the _CommAPI_GetCommTimeouts command from CommAPI.au3, but I have no luck... Does any one have already used this command before, or have an example using it? and also the _CommAPI_SetCommTimeouts? Why use this command? Because I have to open a com port using the file_create and file_read, but when using it (file_read) sometimes I get hanged when I don´t receive a character on the com port.. so the script get hanged waiting for some data to move on... I believe that setting a timeout on the com port I can move on when no character is received... (please correct me if I´m wrong...) Thanks in advance!

Hi, I´m making a script to send and receive data to/from Bluetooth serial, but I´m having a problem to connect to the com port. The problem is that I´ve two ports, one is the COM4 and the other is COM6 (not using at the same time) COM4 is a standard com port thought USB port that I can connect using CommMG, it´s working fine. _CommSetPort($port, $sportSetError, 9600, 8, 0 ,1,0)COM6 is a Bluetooth serial, that only works (I mean I can connect, send and receive data) with _WinAPI_CreateFile. $openport = _WinAPI_CreateFile("COM6", 2, 6) . . . _WinAPI_ReadFile($openport, DllStructGetPtr($tBuffer), 1, $nRead) $sText = BinaryToString(DllStructGetData($tBuffer, 1)) If I try to connect the COM4 with _WinAPI_CreateFile it´s not working... and when I try to connect with CommMG to COM6 it´s give a -16 (Port not found) error.. The problem is: How can I open/connect to the bluetooth (COM6) port using CommMG ( to write one single script instead of two - one using CommMG and another using _WinAPI_CreateFile)... Hi everyone! I´m trying to use the interface that was posted by taietel on https://www.autoitscript.com/forum/topic/146952-gui-design-concepts/?do=findComment&comment=1041208 ( I believe that is the #9 post) but I´m having a little problem, that maybe someone can help me... I created another input box on the panel[2] but when I press TAB (on keyboard or send {TAB} command) to move between the two (or more) input box it´s not working... and I don´t know why... Can someone help me on this one? Thanks in advance!
