Repeat a button - help plz

Hey i play world of warcraft and i wana make a script that will hit the space bar for me every 5 seconds or so, so that i can go AFK without the game booting me out. How would i do that?

I really dont know how to use this program at all, i was just told by a freind that autoit can do this, but i'm sure its only like 5 lines of code, so could somebody just give me those 5 lines if you don't mind? thank you
