Returning a text string after execution completes?

Is there a convenient way to return a text string after the execution of an AutoIt script? I know I could log it, but I was trying to avoid that.

Where would you want to return it to?

A messagebox? A text file? Email?

Just out whatever you want to do at the end of your script. If it gets there, it will do as told...

Or do I miss someting?

Returning it to the caller of the script would be my ideal situation.
