Excel - How to read filtered range

Hello, I am working on a script that needs to pull data from Excel file that I autofilter for certain data. I can open excel and autofilter for data just fine. My problem is trying to read the autofilter data. As we know the offset(1,0) or next cell just incriments by one cell where autofilter is random on the next cell. Spread sheet contains thousands of lines so I do not want to check each row for visibility. Access DB is not a solution. Does anyone have a script piece that does this? I know VBA can do it, there has to be a way for Autoit to accomplish the same. Thank you in advance.
