Need Excel COM help

Hi, just a quick question....

What's the equivalent way in autoit of "For Each cell In Application.Selection" in a macro? And if possible, is there a way of restricting this to just one column of the selection, because I need to be able to do both.

For $element in  $oExcel.Application.Selection

Dont have time to test it now. $oExcel is the object of the excel application.
