embed gui in desktop

i know i can WSPOPUP to make my UI border less, but can i have it locked in the desktop always behind windows no matter what? currently im using a black background for the script with a a black wallpaper on my comp and the $WS_POPUP Extended style,however, i dont see any extended styles for it, maybe transparent.. but would still be above other windows... any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
