AutoIt and psexec

I have an autoit script that works fine if I put in login script but it doesn't work if I push it remotely through psexec using a domain admin credential. It goes through the motion of installing the software but it doesn't put shortcuts to desktop and it doesn't write to the current user's registry. If I push it out using same credential as the currently log on remote machine then script runs fine. I have to install this to many computers in a domain. The application I'm trying to install seems to be profile specific. Is there a workaround or another method to this problem? Thanks.
