If you create a program using AutoIT that you wish to sell, is there a way to add some kind of licensing schema where you would be able to issue activation keys to enable the program, perhaps after a free trial period ends.

Sorry for being evil and thinking about making money. lol.

Guy.

Thank you for your reply,

However, I am not sure that this is exactly what I am looking for. I don't want to use paypal as my method of payment. I would like to be able to issue license keys that activate the software.

Is anyone aware of other methods to license your programs, preferably one that would allow you to issue activation keys to those who have paid.

Thanks again for any advice,

Guy.

Certain Executable protectors such as Armadillo , Obsidium , Themida (to name a few) create loaders that support licensing options similar to what you are asking, If you wish to go down that road.

The pursuit of money is not inherently evil, often it is how you go about that pursuit. :D
