need help on hotkeyset trigger

Hi, i need some help on setting a hotkeyset trigger. this is what i want to do but i don't know how to do it. lets say i set it to do a count down from 100 sec - 0 sec and it will pause when it hit 0. well in the middle of the countdown i want it to reset it back to 100 sec and start the count down over again. is there a hot key commond i can use to make it reset instead of exit autoit and running it again.
