Dragable popup window?

Is there something I can add to my script to make it draggable? I made it a pop up window cause I don't want any border around it at all, but can I make it so when I click the GUI background and drag it the entire window will move? And can I set the background color of a GUI transparent? So only labels, boxes, buttons, and pictures show but the actual background is invisible?
