TCP File transfer application

This program is designed to transfer files from the server to the client. On the server you select a folder which you would like to be accesible by the client, and then the client can download any files within that folder.

Currently, the password part does nothing. That is because I've having trouble with the _TCP_File transfer function I found (sorry, I forget who wrote it). I have tested this and it has worked with some .pdf files that are around 2mb, and some text files. However, it hasn't worked with any .doc files (which is the entire reason I wrote it). If anybody who knows more about this stuff than I do could look at this it would be great.

Requires latest beta (for tree view controls).
