PsaltyDS
1. Add _IEErrorHandlerRegister() near the top of your script, and run it from SciTE so you can see the errors in the console pane. You would see an error at .color because $oIE.document.body.background is not an object (it's just a string property that IDs the file). 2. The .body.background property is a file, and it doesn't have a .color property of its own. 3. The correct property is .body.bgcolor, not .color. 4. Try something like this to see the current values: #include <IE.au3> Global $sURL = "http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/document/body_bgcolor_background.html" Global $oIE = _IECreate($sURL, True) Global $iBGFile = $oIE.document.body.background ConsoleWrite("$iBGFile = " & $iBGFile & @LF) Global $iBGColor = $oIE.document.body.bgcolor ConsoleWrite("$iBGColor = " & $iBGColor & @LF) Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... Is now in Session! For those who want somebody to write the script for them: RentACoder"Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced." -- Geek's corollary to Clarke's law
