Find text and click it in browser

Hi,

I haven’t used version 3 before and i am struggling from using version 2.

All i need is a simple application that in the firefox browser, it will find a specific text string and click it.

I think i can work all of it apart from the finding the text string and then clicking it.

Can anyone help?
