FtpSetProxy and HttpSetProxy, on functions for proxies?

Aye guys, just wondering :

Everytime I tried to use FtpSetProxy, and HttpSetProxy, the proxy i'm using never shows up. I thought it might just be dead, so I used a thouroughly tested list of proxies, and none were connected. For each I checked my IP, and it stayed the same. So is their other methods in Au3 that actually connect to proxies, and use them? I was thinking TCP Connect, but I don't know for sure. Thanks.

EDIT: Or is it possible to take advantage of IE, and set the proxy manually there?
