How to open right click menu in device manager or how to work with a toolbar?

I am looking for a command to open right click menu in some sub-device in device manager

Or for an explanation how to work with a toolbar?

P.S Mouse Click("right") opens a right click menu where the mouse is and not in selected sub-device

You could see if you could do what you have in mind using command line. It would be much easier for what you want to do. Also, look here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311272
