kjactive
I have some trouble on a macro tool supporting SciTe - out of scope but anyway I have a excerpts code sending from the editor with $(CurrentSelection) and thats alright but then I want to change all TAB characters in the excerpt text and that's not the same as @TAB and I don't know how to look up the text as hex to have a look the character value - do any of you sciters know the hex value for a tab character or know any other way to do this trick I would be greatfull... It look to me like Scite when $(CurrentSelection) sending the text cut off all Tab characters but I don't know... kjactive
Well yes that should be - but now I succed to write the scite excerpt to disk through a macro script and reloaded it into a hex editor and that did show me no '09' hex values - that indicate as I did an excerpt in scite, droped it on to a macro script and saved it to disk that all Tab characters has been removed in some manner - if this is true, that's bad...
