Can I automate adding autocorrect entries in MS Word

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to automate adding autocomplete entries in Word 2003 using autoit?

For example, I have a word document containing the entries and I want to compile this into the script?

Or would I be better using VB 2008 for this?
