Guest GRonken
I know the text box (which is not a control I can see) location and a number is put into it during a batch process. It is quick and I don't have time to highlite and copy with a mouse ... The window coordinates are always the same (starting at 238 and ending at 277. Is their a way to capture this info so that i can use it elsewaher. it returns a batch run number?
Guest GRonken
An 'OK' message box comes up in the active window, the info I need is in an inactive window, it is a read only window which I can't tab to, mouse to .. like a text box in VB where data is sent to it but no access to it to edit. It is informational ONLY, but I REALLY want that info to use later. Does this help .. I have a screen shot, how/where do I send it? Possibly this isn't the 'best' software to use for this? I am new at this but was hoping that with know window coordinates that info could be 'scraped' from the area .... Thanks
