Window is invisible, what to to?

Hello!

I´m new to AutoIt and ran in to my first problem when i was doing a PixelSearch on a small application window i wanted AutoIt to controll. It didn't work and when i tried the AutoIt window info program i understood why, the application was transparent and AutoIt just picked upp the colors that were beneath it. It detects the window, the title and the buttons but no colors.

If there is a smart solotion to this problem i would appreciate the help
