Is the following key stroke in autoit possible?

Its been a long time since I have been around here. I have a simple question and it is my hope that it is not seen as a game botting question as that is not the purpose. I still have an old g15 keyboard kicking around and was wondering if it is possible to use autoit to actually press one of the "G" macro keys, was always curious how it would be done as it is outside the normal keys? If you find this in violation of the game botting announcement, please feel free to delete and my apologizes. Thank you in advance.
