Send Keystrokes to External File or Folder

hi i want to send keystrokes to random($path) external file

ex: send {ENTER} command to readme.txt which is on desktop

i know about send command but how to select particular external file & then send keystrokes

how to display all msgbox on the center of program window(not mean center on the screen)

when i move my program window to corner of desktop, msgbox still shows in center of desktop

no i made a program which call hotkeys means shortcuts of general windows applications

you want to open a file with a hotkey? like press enter and open readme.txt?

or do you want to write "enter" in readme.txt when you press enter?

i want to open files with hotkey and use hotkeys for other tasks

like select a file and use F2 to rename it or select a folder and send CTRL+C to copy

but the problem is how can i select and send keystrokes
