Problem with WinWait and windows of children process

Hi,

In order to install a package in silent mode, I launch the setup.exe from a script autoit and the command Run ().

I use the command WinWait to interact with the first windows without issues.

But during the execution of the setup.exe, it launches itself another external program.

The first windows of this second program are detected correctly in a user logged session but aren't be recognized in a session "non interactive" with the "SYSTEM LOCAL ACCOUNT".

A popup appear and the "Interactive Services Detection" of windows 2008 server catch the windows provided by the external program.

I met this issue on a windows 2008 server with tasks launched by HP Rapid Deployment Pack (Altiris).
