Kaspersky AntiVirus tripping on the compiler

When attempting to compile a script, Kaspersky flags the resulting .exe as containing a Trojan (Trojan.Win32.Midgare.akvf)... has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix? I tried emailing Kaspersky, but it looks like their email server isn't working right.

Again this is a false positive.

When you compile your script uncheck upx packing with upx and after your output.exe exist pack it with another packers/protectors.(You need SciTE)

Like Pe compact,or with another packers.
