I"m trying to get autoit to activate a simple window, and it doesn't work on Vista. It worked on my XP computer back in 2005, but now it doesn't with Vista?

bmroyer,

There is no problem with WinMove and Vista. I would suggest that the error is in your use of "untitled" as the window title.

if you want to run the script from SciTE, you must first save it - so the SciTE window now has the path and name of your script as the title. If you therefore change your script to look for that, it works without problem and moves the SciTE window to the corner:

Sleep(500)
WinActivate ( @ScriptFullPath )
Sleep(500)
WinMove ( @ScriptFullPath, '', 0, 0 )
sleep(100)

I hope this solves your problem. :(
