Executing Script on Win2008R2 64bit machine

Hi,

I am trying to execute my script on Win2008 R2 64 bit machine. It's executing but it is not performing any actions.

(ex: controlclick command executed returns 1 but it's unable to click on control)

But the same script working fine in Win2008 Standard 64 bit machine.

Can some one tell me what could be the problem.
