POP3 to txt parse

Hi,

I'm new to this and can't seem to find an example for the thing I'm trying to get.

Does anyone has an example of a autoit script that logs on to a POP3 server, retrieves mail and writes it to file where filename: From - Subject.txt

And using the _base64 from mikeytown2 to also get attachments saved as filename: From - Subject - Filename.xxx

No SLL or any other then plaintext authentication is needed.

I tried using the _pop3 from Apzo but that doesn't return any mail somehow.
