Run command

I a real beginner with Autoit. In a script the function:

Run ("notepad.exe")

It work fine, but I would like to use something like:

Run ("iexplore.exe")

or better:

Run ("www.????.com")

I would like to start Iexplore in a specific web site. Can you help me !
