Read Twitter feed

Does anyone know if there's a way AutoIt can read a twitter feed?

Try using an OCR

Here's a link to one, its not great, kinda slow, but ive never used twitter so this is how i would do it.

Im sure there is an easier way, but im a complicated kind of guy ^^

OCR?? There's got to be a better way, I've seen other programs do it, like TweetMyPC.
