Adding files to a file list array

Phenom,

As you have discovered, FileListToArray will only take one filter.

Two solutions:

- Use a more advanced UDF version of the function; there are lots on the forum.

- Run FileListToArray twice and then use ArrayConcatenate to join the arrays. But do not forget to remove the counter element from the beginning of the second array.

Dim $bfiles = 200
$bfiles[0] = 0
$aFiles = _FileListToArray(".", "*")

$0 = 1
for $0 = 1 to $aFiles[0]
if stringinstr("*s.bmp " & "*h.bmp",$aFiles[$0]) then
    $bfiles[0] = $bfiles[0] + 1
    $bfiles[$bfiles[0]] = $aFiles[$0]
EndIf
Next

somethin like that maybe. then u can use a little loop like this to return the files.

$x = 1

while $x <= $bfiles[0]

msgbox(0,"",$bfiles[$x])

$x = $x + 1

wend
