APB Download Helper

If anyone is trying to download the "APB: All Points Bulletin" client for the beta they may be finding that the server that is chosen for them sucks. If you know how you can just put the server you want in the windows hosts file and restart your client, usually with better result. This just automates that and tries to guess which one is best based on ping time to the machine.

This is an automation of the information in this thread on the steampowered forums.

The download contains a compiled script, source code and icon file.
